This service is

Support Service
ESD can extend
technical, administrative and logistic support towards the
foreign government and business community in their efforts
of entering into the Chinese market through Active Export
Support (AES) service and Passive Export Support (PES) service.
In AES, ESD takes the leading role under the supervision of
the clients to promote foreign export to China while in PES,
ESD normally plays the supporting role to assist the foreign
governments or business entities in their efforts of entering
into the Chinese market.

Investment Promoting Service
ESD provides the
foreign governmental, non-governmental organizations and business
community with above-captioned service to help the customers
to raise investment from the Chinese business community. This
service includes investment promotion, investment facilitation
and after investment services.

This service is
to use financial restructuring, private placements and IPO
operations to create leading Chinese companies in key sectors
through international integration of all resources needed
